Plunge to the floor, fly through the air and quite literally bounce of the walls for a unique workout that’s killer on core muscles.

The high-intensity class is a fusion of Suspension Training and aerobics that allows people to perform manoeuvres they wouldn’t otherwise be able to do. They can float weightlessly over the floor, hang upside down and perform incredible aerial moves

Body Blitz


Body Blitz is designed with all aspects & abilities of physical fitness with a unique creative style that is both rewarding & fun, which utilises a vast range of exercise techniques & strategies all bundled into one fun packed session.   No 2 sessions have & will ever be the same!

This class is appropriate for all levels



BoxFit is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups

Tabata is High intensity interval Training (HiiT) & features 20 second intervals of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times per exercise. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

Legs Bums & Tums


Legs, Bums & Tums class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

Family Fitness


Family Fitness is the opportunity for Parents & Children to escape the current culture of using digital devices & enjoying old school games like 3 legged race, sack race, egg & spoon race, hula hoops & many more. 

(Children 5+, & must be accompanied by a participating adult)

Instructor is fully DBS checked.

Adults bringing kids must be willing to book on & take part... eg: mum + 2 kids.. mum must book into adult.. then book the 2 kids on... its FAMILY fitness remember
