The high-intensity class is a fusion of Suspension Training and aerobics that allows people to perform manoeuvres they wouldn’t otherwise be able to do. They can float weightlessly over the floor, hang upside down and perform incredible aerial moves

BodyFit Combat

BodyFit Combat is a fast, fun & stress relieving workout for your mind & body encompassing a variety of kicks & punches combined with low to high intensity

Get your gloves on because this class packs a serious punch with lots of high energy cardio, expect boxing combos, Kick Combos and conditioning work all choreographed to music to have you working hard and dripping in sweat.

BodyFit Combat is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers & MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups

Whether you’ve had a bad week at the office or are just looking to get rid of some energy BodyFit Combat will help you de-stress and balance out. Different instructors/coaches have different styles but you can be sure you’ll work hard and walk out feeling rejuvenated, de-stressed and pumped!

Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time. By doing this, you train all of your energy systems, something that regular cardio workouts usually don't do.

Not only does that make you more fit, it helps you burn more calories both during and after your workouts. The reason this type of HIIT workout works so well is because of the work-to-rest ratio. You only get 10 seconds of rest between each 20-second bout of exercise.

That very short interval isn't enough to allow you to fully recover, which is one reason it's great for building endurance and getting you in shape.

Tabata features 20 second intervals of exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times per exercise. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

After a simple warm-up to get your heart rate up, your instructor will take you through a series of exercises which will include a mixture of squat exercises, lunges and floor work.

As well as increasing your stamina and endurance, Legs, Bums and Tums classes serve to improve your flexibility and mobility whilst burning calories

You can expect a mixture of crunches, lunges and squats – all the best exercises for targeting your problem areas.

This fun and lively class is easy to follow, lets you work at your own pace, and is guaranteed to get you feeling the benefits long after you walk out the door.
