This program is specifically designed for people whose fitness needs a jumpstart or are stuck in a rut. You will follow a step by step plan & attend the training sessions that we KNOW will dramatically improve your fitness and health in just six weeks.

You will build your fitness and confidence in a supportive safe environment in our closed Facebook group. You will be accountable to yourself but direct access to Dave and a detailed plan will help you stay on track.
